And God forbid you get a problem tenant that does extensive damage.* If more opportunities present themselves in the near future, you will not be able to capture them as completely (or not at all), because you'll have this house tied up with a tenant in a lease.* A $200K house is not an ideal rental.

Is this a way you can save and right now you may be okay just -$200 God forbid taxes increase in our area as they once were I could kick somebody's --- at the assessment office.

What i see is a market with affordable entry points, military and college student presence, and appreciation in 4.5-7.5% in the few neighborhoods I've looked at.I'm hoping to get a snapshot of affordable props from a local pro as a jumping off point for more research.
