The landlord is not required to give the tenant a description and itemized list of deductions if:(1) the tenant owes rent when he surrenders possession of the premises; and(2) there is no controversy concerning the amount of rent owed....Being a landlord without having read the statutes is like playing pro football without knowing the rules of the sport.

I'm following that company in France doing it called wincity.

Does anyone know if real estate syndications (or anything similar) exist in countries like Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland etc?

For example, look at that boy on the bench in shorts, probably his girlfriend next to him, (probably on the college Football Team--Big Man on Campus), he is not going to fit into a closet with a 24" door very easily, and may vote with his feet and move to your competitor with a wider closet doors. 

I have a coworker who sold a property in France after living/working in the US for 20 years.

@Adam Tafel this is in the South Minneapolis(by Lake Harriet)), 50th & France area, etc, so highly desirable, same reaosn why we originally bought the place.  

Sports are important especially during football season.

We always get people wanting to rent for shutdown work at the power plant but we are usually already  booked for some dates in the fall due to Clemson football games and other reasons.
