Hey Jennie, are you getting into it from the position of being able to offer this service to those who need it, or more as in a way to structure your deals?

We don't allow any "deal-making" in the forums, which includes advertising your services or properties, looking for partners, etc.

Most people call their services "cohosting" to distance themselves from what would normally require a real estate license.

From there, adding discipline will get you to where you want.Instead what you're doing is advertising you have money, no knowledge and are going to have the average BP RE agent(bottom of the barrel quality) come here to promote their services with no regard. 

I have done a lot of research in preparation for my first real estate purchase but I haven’t heard any mention of banking services that stand out.

My thinking is that by renting to a residential care facility I can effectively utilize all the space, earn above market rent, and help provide a needed service, while avoiding tenant parking jams.

I suspect they add this service to the tax bill but not positive on that.
