skip the 600 to 750 rental altogether especially out of state.. and jump right into the 1000 to 1500 dollar rental over the long haul you will make more return than on the cheaper one even though today the paper returns say not.those are paper tigers all blue sky .. your like a test pilot you simply don't know what the plane is going to do until you fly it.these debates are done every day on BP..

Hi guys,I found a big lot that is about 10 acres in an auction. the lot is zoned as a wasteland and is surrounded with with already build apartment complexes.My qustion ia why is it zone as a wasteland and if might be able to build on that.I'm planing to go the city and do some more reserch but first I wanted to hear what the bigger pockets experts have to say.Tnx for your help

If you are planing to buy in a market where you have experience and team on the ground then I would go larger. -- Personally i think it is a questions of how comfortable are you, even in your market if you start smaller you can build up more experience.
