This is VERY hard to do for someone that isn't a knowledgeable agent with an eye for detail.  

Remember, all big investors had to start at the beginning, so keep your eyes on the prize, stay strong, and be open to learning.Good luck!

Keep an eye on your competition and see what rents quickly and what doesn't.

Not saying it is a bad deal but I think people should go into it with their eyes open and its a very long commitment.

If you have time, go visit some of the homes and secret-shop them to see how they compare to yours.I recommend looking at the market at least once a month for the rest of your life to keep an eye on things.

Check out deals closely, connect with many people, and eye cities where lots of folks rent.

However, I just reached the decision to sell it an hour before posting this (so that part of the process has barely started).I have an eye on a specific property I really want, but it just went up today and already has 32 saves on Zillow.

Yup DSCR loans easy to get into hard to get out and a disaster if you miss any payments or have other DSCR issues along the way you jeopardize your entire portfolio.. use those with extreme caution and make sure if you dont understand it all, this is one of the few instances I think U need to have an attorney review and explain all the Covenants of these loans and what they mean.
