I rented the Duplexes for 20 years and at the end, per apartment, the 2/1, 700 sq. foot apartments, with off street parking and side yards, Central AC, all fixed up, etc. were rented for $800 each.

I'm looking to buy my first multifamily in central mass (worcester specifically) and was wondering if anyone knew any good real estate agents in the area who are seasoned in the multifamily niche.

i am wondering if anybody has a home inspector they would recommend in central new jersey area that can help me out on my first duplex purchase that is under attorney review now.

There is a giant goose egg along Milwaukee from about California Blue Line to Central Park and Milwaukee and four or five blocks out from Milwaukee where there isn't a single SFH or MF listing and hasn't been for months.
