For example, I include a Bluetooth sound system and upgraded chairs but I charge to rent my projector and screen but some of the other venues in my area include a projector but charge for upgraded chairs.

What happened to thinking and imagining, relax and sit in a chair and close your eyes and imagine having your new real estate license in your hand. 

Definitely a big kitchen with room for a table and chairs.  

We've certainly had some hiccups with guests (including 2 chairs breaking in 1 reservation), but because we stayed on top of communication we were able to preserve a 5-star experience.

Need more comfortable chairs in there.

Personally, I would set up people's beach chairs for them in the mornings at a nice resort.

We just started renting our property manager - most rentals he gets from Airbnb - my only concern is every month he comes with various expenses - pillows, fixing sprlinkers , animal control, additional cleaning, a/c fix, electricity fix , labour to fix a chair ($100 - a chair fix costs more than chair itself) .like he charged us for ac fix $400 - a month before we put a new ac in weirdso far 3 months into it we have like $3k in various expenses which is insane I finDIs that normal?

A nice sofa, a few easy-chairs, a nice big screen TV with cable and you're all set.
