I know it's a popular notion that you pay a premium for a turn key and therefore returns are lower, but that's just not true if you work with a good reputable turn key company.

You can roll with the notion of "we live in a global economy" and trust that your work is done correctly and securely.

You will get "pitched" by everyone and their dog.Furthermore, don't know where you got the notion that the stock market is a scam.

Not that other countries or cultures are free of that notion ;-)Don't get me wrong, my intention is not to sound judgemental or condescending; I am, as most of us, from a low to mid middle-class background, but why do you think Europeans left for a better word and communism and socialism was invented in Europe?

For example, if the furnace will last you another "notional" 10 years, why replace it? 

Moreover, several indicators point to the notion that the Feds don't plan to lower rates until sometime next year. 

And then there is the notion that the property is probably financed.  

I know it is har to let go of the notion that you need as many buyers as possible, but believe me when I tell you, once you walk a mile in my shoes you will wonder why you didn't switch sooner.You don't need to grow your buyers list.

This sounds like the notion to stack your equity against more properties. 

That state alone backs up the notion that most agents do indeed suck.
