And, in court this may open you up to attack from their attorneys, should they decide to sue you.

Once the vacant are leased we will attack raising rents and repairing and updating the currently rented units.

There are a lot of rough spots so you have to be willing to take the good with the bad but the growth is there.The opportunities are there, once you drive the area and get a feel for it, you can start attacking it.  

Again, I was previously speaking more generally and not directing any personal or specific attack "maligning" you or your good friends in Cleveland Government, just trying to point out that all governments are meant to serve us, the citizens, as opposed to us serving them or us being liable for things they are not liable for.
