It appears you can invest in an LLC. 

They give the appearance that they only want to split the rent not there extra fees. 

A PM can appear costly, but nothing is potentially more expensive than contravening LL tenant law.

I became interested in real estate investing starting in 2023, but was discouraged with high-valuations and what appeared to be a tight housing market in Findlay.
