While many will reference the Due on Sale clause, I think that is the least of your worries --- perhaps easier said than done, the simple solution is just refinance the clause is executed.You are trying NOT to co-mingle funds and keep the LLC as its own entity and NOT as your alter-ego it sounds like. 

Even if it is a super deal do not do this without putting pen to paper as last minute changes alters everything you budgeted.

You owe it to yourself not to get sucked into a "I'd like to help out this friend" mentality when dealing with your own life-altering money matters.

If it comes to light that you have performed (or had someone else perform) work that was not permitted, you are exposed to fines, inspections, and may even be required to alter/remove the work done.There may be ways to work around it, but it's risky. 

The rates were not synced on 365villas or the various channels I use, and as I regularly alter my prices as part of my price optimization strategy the reports being generated by the software were just flat out wrong and a pain to change.
