Has anyone done business with Smartland Realestate or Ace Properties???

Unless you live there and manage the ace alog with a qualified pm you won't stand a chance. 

At times referrals are hard to come by as people don't like sharing their ace in the hole but if you build enough relationships and provide some bigger investors enough value they will typically offer some introductions to their good contractors. 

Its a HOT market still in LA.I buy in LA,OC, Ventura county and it is still competitive with multiple offers and over asking price in most cases.

Im moving to Ventura, CA when my rent is up in January 1st.

I think about this situation when it comes to my ROTH IRA a lot but it all depends which route you want to go.Although to keep it simple, I would highly encourage you to at least get the employer match.Best,Ace

Recently I came to know Elk Grove and visited a few weeks back and felt that it has good proximity to commuting to the Bay Area because of ACE expansion and future High-speed rail project.
