Apparently it haven't even cleared the under writer yet. 

My only claim to "real estate" writing was a writer for hire project I wrote for a social entrepreneur called "the Cash Garden" which was designed to give working class people a blueprint for using manufactured housing units as a way to build wealth.  

It says “A professional writer is just an amateur who never gave up.” 

It most definitely is not, and is the Real Estate World's version of the "Online Freelance Writer" fad / joke / scam...
