Workable?

So this strategy seems to be workable immediately in at least some areas, once I get some TDR credits sold. 

Overall great , valid, workable realistic information.

However, if you were to get a few landlords from those areas on your buyers' list, flipping/wholesaling are indeed workable strategies.Having said that, stick to what you know if the current state of the "war zones" isn't what you know.

There will be a trade offs (longer commutes, etc.) the lower prices maybe more workable with your budget.My suggestion is for people to always start by managing their own properties. 

The rates were high then (compared to what they were prior), but were still workable for many folks.

Combine that with the city taking responsibility for replacing lead water lines and we could probably have a workable solution here.

It sounds weird, but investors will tell you that having money sitting arround and not finding a workable deal can make you pretty anxious.

The standard is, contractor works on other "workable scopes" while waiting for COs to get approved, but, sometimes you need the change to continue the job.

It is relatively easy to use and as you scale, you will have no problem finding a cheap part-time bookkeeper who knows the program.With that being said, I advocate to my clients any approach that allows them to capture complete information in the manner that is most workable for them.
