It is not typical that you will find SF deal after deal, and if you are actively marketing for distressed sellers many...most...will want cash sales.

Looking to connect with Real Estate agents who have land connects and/or Builders/Developers who they work with in the area.

-While rent would be more expensive month by month, the idea of being able to take my equity out of my home and also being able to reduce annual repair costs, property taxes, etc. does seem appealing to me.
