It all depends on the venue as far as cost goes.

It could be a venue charge, a restaurant or conference room has a charge to rent the room.

I am eagerly looking forward to my next rental property, after I pay all the wedding/honeymoon bills of course :)My future real estate goals are to own enough rental property to replace my wife and I's income, so we can focus on starting a big family.

As far as Florida goes, the area I am familiar with is not the greatest by far, but I know the area, I'm going to be in town in two weeks for my best friend's wedding and I could take a look at some properties at that time.

If you are attempting to sway people in power who may wake up and fix the system, I am not sure this is the ideal venue for that.If you are so down on the area, you should probably change your investing but I am just not sure why you are so intent on spreading the doom.

Very cool that you are working with the McQueary's on their new hotel, they've been personal friends since college and cool to see them to working hard to create a great venue downtown.

We just bought a new house for ourselves, still trying to sell the old house, going to a wedding in S Korea in less than 3 weeks, it seems there is always something...Right now we are just hoping to find a deal that we can really sink our teeth into and pull the trigger on.

I wouldn't be concerned of Auction.com being a valid venue for real estate sales.
