You can look on your state real estate web page for one too.

I believe the IRS webpage has a link (make sure you go to a .gov site for the IRS) to screen your credit once a year for free.

As the OP on this thread, I should probably chime in and let people know what all I found out:I ended up going with this company:http://www.identityguard.com/I made the decisions based on information found in this random web page: http://www.knowzy.com/credit-monitoring-comparison.htm The reason I trusted the information on the above linked web page is because it looks like it was written by a person who was faced with this problem and did a bunch of their own research.

Edit: according to this law firm's article, the webpage will pass muster if it checks the visitor's IP address to confirm it is within the offering state AND a disclaimer that the offer is limited to residents of that state.

These cookies tell google and facebook that these folks have been to my web page and when google or facebook shows them an ad, it just might be mine as they have already been to my website - this is retargeting - and it is how you see that ad for what ever the day after you were browsing that website for what ever.Now you will have to excuse me - I need to go do may daily Craigslist ads and Interact a bit on Facebook.BTW - Facebook is awesome at generating investor buyer leads, craigslist and the website generate the seller leads.

Putting up a web page is one way to do that.

(28 CFR 36.104) An animal of any species can be an emotional support animal, as mentioned in the Massachusetts Attorney General’s webpage on Service Animals: “Other laws, including fair housing and employment discrimination laws, allow animals other than dogs and miniature horses and animals that do not have training, such as “emotional support animals” if it is a reasonable accommodation for a disability.”So in this crazy state, only a dog can be a service animal - but you can have a Bengal tiger as an "emotional support animal", and if the tenant claims that it is a "reasonable accommodation", the landlord cannot restrict it.Welcome to Massachusetts.
