I am in the Boone, Blowing Rock area and we have definitely been seeing an uptick of visitors and Airbnb's- especially since 2020.The Boone TDA rebranded as Explore Boone to try to have a bigger presence and I think they have been trying to expand on the tourism and travel to reach other more urban cities in NC.

These inspection issues don’t scream that to me.

ButterflyMX is absolutely an industry leader in visitor management systems, however there are cheaper, safer options with cloud capabilities to grant access to deliveries or any visitor from any remote location.

The price better be screaming good to not be able to see it.

I don't know your area *super* well but my impression is that there aren't major tourist destinations that will attract a huge stream of visitors.

Cabo visitors are typically well-to-do and go there for the glamour so are they going to want to stay in containerhomes?

Tourists getting murdered is probably one of the worst headlines a potential visitor can read.

The quality of unit and level of service you provide will dictate both the quality of visitor you attract and premium you can collect.
