I suggest creating content (blogs, short videos, etc.) around financial literacy, credit-building, and real estate investing aimed at first-time buyers.

I have been listening to a lot of real estate podcasts and youtube videos.

I also recommend reading blogs and forums or watching videos on how to develop a good roommate contract, house rules, etc.

Good listing agents also know a lot of the buyer agents from previous deals/scenarios and can give you an idea how easy the buyer agent is to work with.If you would like to chat, I can give you some dos/don'ts and what to look for in somebody.
