At a very base level, make sure the property is up to health and safety codes for your location.

And for sure as someone who has fincanced well over 3000 mid west fixer uppers over the last 24 years.

Wondering if there is any interest on here for a focus group for people a bit beyond the beginner level.

Even with a wholesaler, if they know what they have they won't just turn it over for less.Hard to source these kinds of projects at the beginner level especially.
