But don't disparage the smart people who aren't satisfied with those kinds of answers.Thanks to those types of people, you have modern medicine, modern transportation and pretty much every other technological breakthrough this world has ever seen.Again, there is a big analogy between ignorant people and people on welfare...they both look to the rest of us to make their lives better so that they can go through life not realizing what else there is.

Even if I choose never to drive a car in my life or even hop on public transportation, every year I am paying tax money towards building and maintaining roads, highways, public transportation infrastructure, etc.I don't have a choice about whether I pay the costs of transportation or not, but driving is still considered a privilege.How is this any different?

I currently have it under contract for 89k.I would particularly like to hear from other members in Miami.Location: Little RiverThe realtor said its a rough neighborhood.It's central to transport and shops.Little River is said to be the next place to boom.Repairs:All the flooring throughout is beautiful.It needs to be repainted on the inside and outside.The roof is leaking but I think it only requires a repair, not replacement.1 bathroom needs to be replaced as it's very outdated.The garage has been sealed off and I plan to convert to a bedroomThere is a back room which was added to the property which has a bathroom.
