Business shut down but thousands of people can get together to loot, riot, and protest with no worry about the WuhanVirus or government/police...hmmm.  

And oddly enough, The Economist predicts that Texas will pull ahead, for this, with the claim that in California, many people want leisure time, whereas in Texas, the Protestant work-ethnic still pertains.

The "evil top 0.1%" seems to now be targeted at the top 10% by the protesters.

And, well, even if the prices crashed (and yes I was wrong), and the property was almost free, who would want to buy property near fools out protesting all the time over something? 

@Matthew John if you properly disclosed the situation, in writing (preferably in the lease), to the lower tenant and they signed the contract, then they are legally bound.That doesn't stop them from protesting if and withhold rent - as you've learned.

The one OJ Simpson grew up in (SF) was on Protero hill thats now high end condos .City of Seattle has been hammered by protest and now some of the downtown apartment developers are being forced by market conditions to sell out to the City / state at huge loss's and those are going to become public housing.
