If mice become an issue (so far only in one house) we will set traps and seal possible openings.I once had a tenant who moved from New Jersey who, I learned (AFTER the lease signing of course) had very bad OCD and was terrified to the grasshoppers outside.

They get on the phone and they have a script that lays out some paint-by-numbers version of Goya's Saturn Devouring His Own Son and they get business from people who are just starting out, absolutely terrified of what could happen, still wondering if they should be putting their hard-earned money in mutual funds.
