I'm not in OKC, but with today's technology my clients are all over the country. 

I have Associate Degrees from Gwinnett Technical College in Residential Construction Management and Air Conditioning Technology.

Ekaterina, I'm assuming your talking about Carrier which is a part of United Technologies.

I am even building a software tool that bridges my two passions...real estate and technology :)  The tool intelligently and automatically sources awesome deals for real estate investors and I would love my fellow BiggerPocketers to check it out because I am building it to help not only myself, but others too! 

Also technology is incredible, Skype is a great tool to utilize and acts as a face to face with service providers such as title. 

Their technology is good, their personnel are better than most.  

Some custodians are far more automated from a technology angle than others and many still require you to complete paper forms for every action.

The banks here are little outdated in terms of technology but the service is good.I have accounts at BofA, Chase, and Wells Fargo and still use them regularly solely online.

At long last....technology is working to reduce those pesky law fees:Artificially Intelligent Lawyer “Ross” Has Been Hired By Its First Official Law FirmUnfortunately most of the pesky legal problems try to navigate areas of the law that have yet to have cases.
