To say the past few months since the storms hit have been challenging would be an understatement.

Tracy is technically Central Valley but unofficially included as the Bay Area. 

The people that have success truly understand there will be challenges and keep moving forward when they happen. 

Part of the inflation challenge is caused by this...investors are getting high yields and spending that money (and now they are getting increased fund values with rates declining).

Hey @Joseph Waitkevich so @Eric Fernwood is technically correct that they are not illegal in the city of Las Vegas.

Our biggest challenge is that we are not over 55+ and we would prefer to invest our money in the villages itself.

Are there specific zoning or structural challenges in Florida I should be aware of?
