I was a Realtor in the past for years and now Im back, I want to tackle it as an investor this time.

I thought there was a way to flag spam posts.

They will suck energy from anyone who is unprepared to tackle a professional flake.My job, for starters, is to recognize those people and steer clear of them if at all possible.

I will not spam anyone with email...I hate it and I know most people do as well.

Probably someone that hangs around the real estate section and replies & spams all of the posts having no life and such...

Ryan, learning to use your hands is a fine aspiration and can give a lifetime of small satisfactions as you tackle different projects.

Here's a quick piece of advice, don't spam the hell out of Craigslist.

Gary Keller of Keller Williams wrote a book called "Shift - How Top Real Estate Agents Tackle Tough Times", and in Chapter 10 he wrote about using Creative Financing to help Sellers and Buyers.
