Carpet life span is ten years so just replace it.

Should I be worried about choosing too early because a lot can happen in the span of a year?

I know a lot can change in the span of a year, but I'd love to hear people's experiences and thoughts!

My goal is to generate $30-40k in passive income within a 5-10 year time span.

These payments spanned 2 weeks , or 10 business days, I paid 3,495.00 in interest that , I was told , would cover the cost of the credit line that would follow once all payments were made timely and total payback was confirmed.

The beams are made of wood on the front-to-rear transverse span of the building and supported by artisanal posts (4x4 on a concrete block, piles of stones and / or blocks resting directly on the ground).

I read a few books over the span of the last few months and listened to a ton of podcasts to educate myself further along.

You can argue that live span is 7 years or 15 years or 20 years, but whatever it is, every item is using up its life span. 

For above ground tanks usually in basements in my area I’ve been told by a couple different buyers’ inspectors that the life span is around 30 years.

Seems sturdy, just sagging in a couple of spots (areas of greater span - open living area as opposed to the smaller bedrooms with less span btwn walls) - Has anyone experienced this?
