Every day a new website steals our content and Google doesn't seem to do a thing about it unless you actively press them on it.Don't count on others to protect your material.

I run an Ident-A-Kid business with my wife while we are getting our internet business up and running.

The property itself is less than 100K and has a lot of 3-5 year potential because of its location, but I am not "stealing" the house from the estate.

I've been toying with the idea of furniture made entirely of reinforced concrete (poured right into the floor so the tenants can't steal it).

In other words, a rental with paid utilities shoud rent for more than an identical rental where the tenant pays the utilities.

If flipping, take the cheap way out which still will get you identical/slightly better quality and appearance of about 95% of the other refinishers out there anyways.

They are pretty much identical but this house has a small addition on the back that enlarged the bathroom.

We had a problem with them stealing light bulbs out of the laundry and hallway areas, so I had the bright idea (pun intended) to install yellow "bug light" bulbs in an effort to thwart this problem.
