Find someone who really believes that real estate investing is a team sport; someone who will take the time to talk to you. 

It is hard for me to take extended time off, but I can generally take a day to go fishing when I want, volunteer at school, make it to all the kid's sporting events, etc.3) Another strong point.

Who know maybe even do a deal together.Remember, wealth is a team sport, it would be very challenging trying to make it all happen just within your own efforts.

My view is the real issue, as highlighted in the posts, are the mixed use issues which can get tricky, both practically on the compliance time required and philosophically when our rental and personal lives mix (I have a rental by a place the kids do sports and I may stop by to inspect or shovel, (and so on...etc..etc..).. so just disentangling the purpose is tricky sometimes.. much less taking off the gloves to record the miles..

Alex, you are correct, they are not notable at this time, hey, we cannot have it all, however we do have (3) major sports teams.

The sports team is not promised in Inglewood but I'm less than a mile from the development and the construction for the stadium development project has been going on since early this year.
