so im wanting to buy this house and every damn wall in the house has paneling on it except the bathroom and its got wallpaper everywhere.

I feel a good quality pre fab panel system will be less maintenance and or repair versus tile.

Hi all, We have a plot of land just outside of Orlando that we’re considering getting several 2,000 houses build.Construction wise, we’re looking into poured, precast panels, and concrete blocks.

We always explicitly request shots of the roof, HVAC, Water heater, Electric panel, and all major rooms, exterior, and the neighborhood. $25-28 a job.

We grounded all the outlets and replaced the 30 year old exterior electrical panel.

We replaced the fuse box with an electric panel for $1500.

Units are all electric and have individual panels, water heaters, and HVAC systems.
