I will share it with , but please don’t tell anybody ...Anyway, he says in Iraq prices are really low now, and cash flow is high... economy is improving plus they have oil= he says it will be next Saudi Arabia...He is selling few of his Phoenix properties and wants to invest a million dollars over there... he is open for partnerships ...If u are interested, let me know I will tell him :)

Athens is an interesting town because although not having a huge industry right inside the perimeter it still constantly growing, the university is the lifeblood of our economy which is good and bad it is also the river that brings new elements to our ecosystem.

I get why some neighbors don't like it since brings in tourists, but tourists aren't the problem, if anything, they are helping the Denver economy overall and in turn helping the neighbors property values long-term.
