It was just a study session where the council provided guidance for the planning department to draft official language, but it's a strong signal of how this will go.

I am the sole owner on my LLC so have to sign all documents and do all closings but am able to take time off when needed just as long as I get my work done.

It looks like the market is signaling a slow down in new home purchases, which is also causing the construction industry to slow down too.

If this indicator remains steady in the weeks ahead, that points to a seasonal slowdown, but if time on market shrinks by a greater amount, that’s a signal that this year’s housing market is not taking the holidays off.
