Experiences like this are even more reasons why you do not want to work with Bank of America in any capacity, unless you strongly desire distractions, inefficiencies, headaches and heartache.  

Now McDonald's arguably did it better than anyone else due to having that perfect combination of factors (e.g. franchise model, desirable product, global economic growth, etc.).

The property obviously cash-flowed although not as desired. 

I think the housing shortage is due to the 2008 crash, land being expensive in desirable areas, and interest rates being high. 

Overall, the combination of a thriving economy, vibrant downtown, and natural amenities makes Greenville a highly desirable place to live, driving up demand for housing and contributing to its sustained growth.Could the Upstate of South Carolina be the place for you to invest?

I agree with @Mike R.from Phoenix, AZ for the most part, but know that Tucson is known by locals to be a less desirable, higher crime city than the greater Phoenix metro area - that is why it is less expensive. 

Desire to remote monitor and submit monthly billing to each tenant.
