As well I'm wishing to flip properties myself been doing it for everyone else I've had realtor's coming to me helping get properties but some how I'm always getting hooked up with fake lenders & doing a deal then falls thru the cracks cuz so many people are scamming people & it's embarrassing so many of them out there.

I don't think this is a scam, but I am concerned with the underwriting procedures for their properties.  

There are too many horror stories about money laundering, scams in the business realm and I do not want to be a statistic.

They declined and said it's not "industry standard" and they won't pay more until after work has been completed....Are we about to get scammed here?

I have found very few of those that are accurate and I don't know if it is ignorance or if they are running a scam.  

And many of them are total scams that never do any of those things for you and just charge you to pay your bills for you.Prices are softening in the DFW area, and with interest rates set to rise I think prices will continue to bump along or maybe even decline in some areas.

Looking at real numbers, 3.75% interest is actually more like 80% interest after 30 years and is front loaded (WHAT A SCAM!)

She went off saying how everyone of us so called "investors" are just a bunch of scam artists looking to twist the arms of property owners in hopes of stealing their property for a ridiculous price and then make money off of it.
