I use a regular notepad to write down my daily tasks, but also use emails a lot to use as reminders.

I see this kind of thing in the FB groups regularly and people are always like, "ooo me me me I want a loan."

Better option is to have a realtor set you up so you get a regular email with expires listings.

Before you consider transitioning out of your role to become a real estate investor, get your first property under your belt and you will know almost immediately if the demand and drive it takes consistently is the right place for you to put your focus more regularly.

I see people selling STR's and when I request their insurance to estimate cost I see regular rental policies. 

I considered it part of regular wear and tear. 

I think that regular rehabs are much easier.
