If it were me and I had to buy this house I'd probably do the following:- Gut and redo the bathroom ($6k)- Redo the kitchen ($6k)- Rip up the carpet and refinish the hardwood (if there) or put down LVP ($2k)- Paint the entire home ($2k)- If you wanna go nuts I'd redo the siding (no clue here... $4k?)

If you can just re-finish it that will be a much more cost effective solution then replacing the whole tub saving you a lot of money, time and hassle.

I got a great flooring guy who just laid some new hardwood in the kitchen and will be refinishing the existing floors in the rest of the unit for a very reasonable price ($2,000).

We have been looking at acquiring the house next door to us that is currently unlisted at 150k that needs interior work but has had all the big ticket items done recently (new windows, doors, siding, roof, high efficiency AC and furnace) but needs the interior refinished.
