I have a mountain property in mind, near a great wedding venue and a great Mountain town and recreation area, mostly in the summer.  

Essentially, taking today's outdated methods and while not totally recreating it, making it more user friendly for tomorrow's homeowners.  

I'm an avid highliner(slacklining high between mountains), rock climber, backpacker, and open to almost anything relating to outdoor recreation.

I started my career selling land in Northern CA.. lots for recreation and retirement..

So that's how the business works... remote land  HIGH desert  defunct recreational subdivision unbuildable lands..

In June, I got to visit Sawtooth National Recreation Area which was fantastic and is only a short drive from Boise.

I get requests from clients to recreate their financials for the last few years because they are trying to sell their portfolio, or bring in investors, or get portfolio loans.

The true test of wealth is if it is in fact all stripped away from you as has been the case with this Pinnacle debacle, can you recreate it even if it means starting back out with nothing.
