I will question that proposition because real estate takes lots of time. 

My proposition would be to partner on a property deal.

My gut says it's a losing proposition.

It's not a particularly complicated pair of questions to ask yourself when faced with a proposition to pay for real estate education.

Working with inexperienced investors is often a losing proposition for a Realtor.

In many places like this it will be impossible to find anyone willing to manage properties for you as PMs realize taking on properties like this are a lose-lose proposition. #2 is overall physical condition.
