You may need to have the air vents professionally cleaned.

My family and I were discussing the possibility of purchasing something and using as an air bnb for a few years until it became at some point, only for personal use. 

I would absolutely love to raise my price, but I don't want to shoot myself in the foot either, and just prolong the eventual sale. 

Especially the air rights. 

The AIR B&B sounds like an option but doing it well from far away is very hard. 

I want to know what are some of the pro and cons that come with investing into a condo.Some condo issues to look for:If you can live in it for a while and then use it as an Air BnB, then you may have a really solid investment. 

I will say up front, I have seen so much conflicting information on this space and where the market is at currently, I’ve been airing on the side of caution and waiting for a market pullback on valuations.

I am looking for insight and expertise with the HVAC system, because I am newer to real estate investing.There is currently one natural gas furnace in the basement that pushes air to all three units and floors.  

I could get another manager, but that (presumably) would only prolong the process and cost more.I greatly appreciate all responses!
