Are there A+ players/newbies or are the meet ups pretty spotty?

This opens the doors nationwide or worldwide, not just in your market.If she has tapped out your market, can she build a team in the city/or cities next door, around the state or around the nation?

It’s a bit like a basketball player telling you have many times they dribbled the ball in a game.

You have to be a very niche player in this market IMHO.

Crowdfunding makes real estate easily accessible, however, in regard to institutional real estate investments, the advice of an expert who works in the industry every day, knows all the players and their track records, and performs due diligence on each offering is a great benefit to you and comes to you at no cost.
