What is your role in the lending department? 

That would give you real life experience on apartments and you can then decide once again which model (SFR/condo/apartment) that you prefer and pivot accordingly.  

I just started working full time in a corporate role and am brand new in the world of real estate. 

They seem to be mostly full.By the way, it appears that the tenants are not using the units for traditional "warehouse" roles, but mostly small business interests.

It seems that everyone in the real estate community across the nation (I've been licensed now in 4 states) has SOMETHING to say about an agents role, knowledge, skills, accessibility, longevity, and most importantly compensation.Here are the facts.

I should disclose I've spent the last five years in a technology sales role, and have grown to be the highest producer in our southern region.

I work full time on the commercial side, consulting role, but also have my license and do part time residential work. 

Rarely does anyone even mention that personal responsibility plays a much larger role than any political factors.
