I have some very bad tenants who are not only not paying rent but they are bringing all kinds of trouble to a very nice residential street.. subleasing my house where my lease clearly states no subleasing of any sort - They already acknowledged while I was away for a year due to Covid they had brought in another person who is not on the lease and I never approved off to live there permanently..They are bringing in prostitution!

They're basically jerry rigged dampers.Bedroom 1, which is one of the two closer bedrooms and the one that doesn't have these special permanent "dampers," is super cold most of the time.

Need to go conventional with MANUFACTURED home (double wide after 1976) The county or city may restrict the type of foundation: pier, auger, blocks, concrete BUT it must be permanent.

The coldest room in summer will most likely be the coldest in winter, too, which makes permanent fixed dampers problematic.Smart vents would be an adaptive response to the current temp to block/unblock each register.
