Waiting for the Marshal's office to call with the official date of the eviction and hoping that the tenants move out in the meantime, leaving a minimum of a mess and damage (a landlord can dream, can't they)?

This might be a short term solution where she refinances in 1-2 years but we want something official written up.This would be a loan as we would like the money back and although we are much better off than her, we would ideally like to get paid back.  

Please share information about potential sellers, property management companies, lawyers, government officials & etc.

But I figure best to get the ball rolling by serving an official notice when having a conversation.

I was told that officially no busts/incidents/police reports involving the property in question exist.

If you have the money, i would do that plus add a metal z channel going opposite direction of the joists ( screwed on top of the existing plaster ) and then add another layer of drywall. the Z channel leaves a space that helps in sound transmission. the problem is the sound is transmitted through the existing floor joists too, so just the insulation will not do it because the joists are still against the ceiling. this is something similar, but in this picture they used clips in combination to hold off hat channel from the existing ceiling which will lower your ceiling about another inch. 

Don't wait for the meetings find the club website start connecting and networking with club officials and vendors via phone.

Attempting to do so through other channels is a risk that you don't have any reason to open yourself up to.

Also is it wise to focus on two different strategies at a time or should I just channel my focus on one?
