If you did not deliver the proper Notice to the tenant, missed deadlines or tried something else that is not legal, your eviction case will be thrown out.A normal eviction for non-payment of rent should be settled in a month, I can only imagine that your property management company does not know how to follow the law - and I hate to say it, I know several, that do not even meet the necessary license requirements and therefore no surprise they don't know.

Instead of that, I can keep the property in short-term rental mode in hopes that it helps the area get back to normal sooner.

It is right on the muni bus line, and there is no need for a car when you can easily walk a block or two to so many amenities.For some people, co-housing is a lifestyle choice.

Love the awareness of breaking those chains @Jacob Nevarez...it's normal for your parents and relatives to pull you back down because they are worried for you.

Not everyone was and that is normal. 

The other big part of this is that currently there's no great way to get to the stadium besides by car on I 95 if you're coming from the suburbs or by 76 which both get extremely backed up.With the stadium beating at this location people from the suburbs can hop on to their local train station and get right into the Jefferson Station right at the proposed stadium location.

Normally does not cost you more. 

So if I understand this correctly they essentially get to build a better score because they are an authorized user on your account but they never actually get to use the cars, is that correct?
