In that time, I began working with a multitude of building contractors, lawyers, govt agencies, realtors & residential contracts.  

With that being said, you could shop around and see if you can find one to take this on for you; however, if they are familiar with insurance policy language and the multitude of exclusions on policies, and typical covered perils, they may take a "pass" on this one if they feel they would not recoup a settlement that would make it worth their time to pursue.

For the little that I have been on bigger pockets, I am very impressed with the genuineness of the members and the multitude of information.

For a multitude of reasons I'd still stay away from East Cleveland.

As we see Tesla, Amazon and other companies grow their footprint in Austin it will attract a multitude of other complimentary hi-tech firms :)
