So in short, the goal for real estate is to create a vehicle for passive income for early "retirement".As most of you probably know, Raleigh is a tough place to try and invest. 

Get educated on the basis of finance, time value of money, interest, inflation, the mechanics of stocks, bonds, commodities, , real estate, different financial vehicles like IRAs, 401ks, HSAs ect. 

I'm all for a whole lot less maintenance.Fortunately/unfortunately, there's no one right answer but depending on the state you invest in, condos may be the right investment vehicle for you.  

My rough estimate is 40-50% can actually control their vehicles with any degree of proficiency.

I'm in San Diego and the SD parking Enforcement website addresses illegal parking in public areas, and vehicles abandoned on public or private property for 30 days, but if they're living in it for that time I wouldn't think it would be abandoned.

I try and get a look inside their vehicles during the interview.
