Likely 99%+ of the recipients won't be interested in selling at the moment (and with a list that large, some of the data is invariably wrong or has changed since collection), but if you can stay in their mind for when they are ready to move forward with something, it's potentially worthwhile.If you've collected their data, likely someone else already has (or will soon), so differentiate and show your value.

Because if "the body" doesn't pay, we have to get "the body" out and it isn't fun times lolIt's important to build a large portfolio with B class or C class properties because there will always be something happening at any given moment IMO to 1 or 2 properties as I mentioned above.It's just the nature of the beast.I own a nice condo in Downtown Chicago since 2016.Tenant is a Crypto exec.Direct rent payment on the 29th of each month and haven't heard a "word" from him for many years.ROI is 3% tho lolA nice portfolio in the Midwest should deliver a net ROI year after year of 8% or so but it comes with more hassles.Anyone reading that wants to invest with us and only invest in 1 or 2 properties.Save yourself the hassle and us and don't invest 🙏Thanks ps.
