it will show you how to map the email fields to the incoming request fields(assuming that is an app you are using in podio for an inbound call)The problem is there won't be anywhere to map the body of the email to in the app so modify the template of the app and add a text box to the bottom called "Notes"  When you go back into the add mail to the app and you map the fields, you will now see that you can map the notes section to the email body.
