That being said one of my mental blocks is having enough capital starting out.  

Take it one day a time, take care of your mental health and take care of you.

Don't get stuck in this A or B mentality.

I find those strategies to be helpful in that it eliminates any and all fears and mental restraints about telling people you’re an agent.

If you're out to make a living out of this and have a burn the ships mentality, you'll make it through and can absolutely be successful.

Our mentality has shifted with our prioritization of family and moving to Ohio.

If it is urgent, i.e. water is flowing through the ceiling, call, but beyond that it needs to be a text, since most are not super urgent and can fixed with a phone call to a repairman.Rent: My only process is a mental one.  5 tenants have their checks automatically issued and mailed through their bank, so those always come on time. 

If the tenant ever calls with an issue, I just mentally assume I'm about to be out at least $1,000 before they even tell me what it is.
