Real estate is a very forgiving investment platform.Before the internet, most investors bought without any understanding of return on investment, cash-on-cash returns, or anything else.

I have been involved in litigation in the past when a subcontractor ordered materials from China and the formaldehyde levels in the products were not satisfactory to the buyers of the units when they did their own testing and they filed a multimillion dollar lawsuit. 

I was then getting retargetted ads following me all over the internet when I realized that the youtube ideas are probably a HUGE marketing funnel for leads. 

If you are considering this route, seek legal counseling, as I'm just a guy on the internet that has watched a bunch of YouTube videos by Clint Coons :) 

Any advice is greatly appreciated :) So you want to learn how to invest 100ks of thousands of dollars or millions from the internet? 

People gets locked inside factories in China to prevent thefts like they did  here in the US in the 1910s.Please keep in mind IF we all support oligopolies, the download/streaming business can end up like the internet server provider/cable business, where you and I have no real choice anymore.

Appraised value (can pull this from my realtor or just from internet searches) ($368k minus $68k land = ~$300k)Should I give the CPA the higher number ($300k) or the lower number ($200k) from my options?

Just so you know on my newest purchase I am looking for renovation money as well as financing and the bank is looking for formal quotes as to the materials needed and the amount/cost of the labor that will be involved.

I plan to build versus buy because Im currently working for my father, who is a general contractor in Fl, and will save on the construction costs because I can do most of the work for little cost other than materials. it would be minimum labor cost and no profit cost from contractor.
